Peter always leaves a visitors-book for people to sign when they visit his exhibitions and most leave unsolicited messages, which he finds quite humbling, but encouraging. Since 1998 he has received over 540 comments, and a few extracts are included here, mainly from people whom he had never met before:

Peter enjoys painting “live” out of doors, but he also uses his studio when that is not possible. From time to time he has been asked to help with school art projects in Cornwall and St Albans, which he enjoyed. In May 1998 BBC Leeds featured Peter in a series titled “Guns & Roses” at his first solo exhibition in Lincoln and the BBC kindly gave their permission to use that recording in this web site.
